Pricing and Packages

Micro Groups are sessions of 90 minutes duration.

Each group has a maximum of six (6) students.

Each group is $69.00 per session contracted for each school term.

For a typical ten week term the cost would be 10 x $72.00 = $720.00

This is inclusive of GST and all resources.

The sessions run according to the timetable available on the Class Timetables page.

Intensive attention to a single subject is available in one-on-one sessions.
MBH can cover the majority of subjects including the NSW NESA syllabi for all stages from Early Stage 1 to the HSC as well as the International Baccalaureate and the USA SAT exams.

We also offer support the range of High Potential and Gifted Education assessments including ICAS, HAST, Scholarship OC and Selective tests.

Additional group sessions for members of the same family are eligible for a 5% discount on the second session and 10% discount on each subsequent session.

These discounts apply on finalisation of the payment for the term.

Typically one-on-one sessions are $100.00 per hour and two students can share a session by paying $110.00 per hour ($55.00 each.)

Additional individual sessions for members of the same family or combinations of individual and group sessions may be eligible for discounts.

Typically families contract term by term in order to ensure consistency of session time and tutor.

Discovery Session (Free)

Meet with our expert educational consultants by phone, or in an online meeting, so that we can have an understanding of your child and their needs.

This session (approx 20 minute) will allow us to make some general recommendations on how MBH can help you.

Consultation ($150.00)

This optional, in person, meeting (1.0 – 1.5 hours) between you, your child and our expert/s will provide a comprehensive evaluation designed to identify exactly where your child is performing — and unlock a clear path forward.

The session may include standardised diagnostic assessments, with written reports and feedback as required, and allows for the detailed observation and discussion of the student’s needs.

Payments can be made by direct deposit, credit card (in person or online), payID and cash.

Our general terms of service require payment in advance on a term by term basis.

We understand that this is often a significant payment and we therefore are more than willing to negotiate payment plan that best meet you circumstances.
